Web-Based Reporting - Our customized web-based integrated system allows us to keep track of progress across multiple locations with the click of a button.
Upon arrival our installers will start taking pictures before starting the project and after project completion in order to ensure quality control. Pictures are immediately uploaded into our system. This provides our customer with a visual confirmation that their installation was successfully implemented. Our crew will finish the night with a face time call to the project supervisor for additional approval.
Our clients are informed every step of the way. Our customer service department will make reminder calls prior to the start of a project and immediately after a project has been completed.
